I ordered a delivery to arrive at 6pm last night...it arrived at 5.14pm...it was too early because im diabetic and have to eat at scheduled times. I had phoned to give the correct eircode and she said " oh shit hes on the way" very unproffesional. Another time at the counter when my partner ordered a dish with no vegetables....she turned to me and said " is he allergic to vegetables" now theyve apologised and offered me a refund which is good customer service
Best take out from hons so far. Undon noodle, spicey, got the veggies, got the flavour.... winner!!, dumpling soup!! Winner!, chicken sweet corn soup class..
